On March 28, 2023, Axinn secured early summary judgment in favor of its client Alliance for Safe Online Pharmacies (ASOP Global), dismissing it from an antitrust suit alleging that ASOP and other organizations engaged in a conspiracy to prevent PharmacyChecker.com (PCC) from accessing internet platforms to promote the importation of pharmaceuticals from outside the United States.
