Danielle Dudding Irvine is a counsel at Axinn and advises clients on antitrust litigation, regulatory compliance, and merger review across a broad range of industries, including technology, aerospace and defense, and pharmaceuticals.  She also has experience representing clients in commercial litigation involving complex contractual and transactional disputes across all types of industries, including retail, healthcare, and financial services.

Daniel (Dan) Oakes guides clients through a host of challenging competition issues, including complex multidistrict and class action litigation, high-stakes criminal and other governmental investigations, and merger analysis amid the ever-changing landscape of antitrust law.

Heather Zuckert  is an associate in Axinn’s Antitrust group. She has experience representing both U.S. and foreign companies in a diverse array of complex antitrust litigation and transactional matters. She has also advised clients in connection with state and federal criminal investigations. Her recent experience includes litigating class action lawsuits alleging price fixing by major U.S. protein suppliers and representing VMware in its landmark $69 billion acquisition by Broadcom.

Kaitlin Rittgers is an associate in Axinn’s Antitrust group. Her practice covers a variety of U.S. antitrust law matters, and she has experience with both domestic and global clients across a range of industries. Kaitlin has also worked as a political researcher focused on U.S. domestic politics and foreign relations.
