She has experience in a range of industries, including technology, digital platforms, software, life sciences, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals.

Neeraj Aggarwal is the chief financial officer for Axinn. In his role, he is responsible for the Firm's accounting, finance, business planning, tax and MIS functions. He also manages information technology for the Firm. Neeraj works closely with Firm leadership, including the executive committee, practice chairs, and chief operating officer, to formulate and execute Firm strategy.

Nicholas Duffee is an associate in Axinn’s Litigation group. His practice focuses on complex litigation. Currently, he is on the team representing Alvogen in the multibillion dollar National Prescription Opiate multidistrict litigation and in related proceedings across the country, and the team representing Aetna in an appeal before the Federal Circuit. He has regularly advised clients on their potential liability exposure in contract disputes and on their own potential causes of action. Nicholas also has an active pro bono practice representing indigent litigants in federal court and advising nonprofits on copyright issues.

Mark Alexander has more than 30 years of experience representing pharmaceutical and life sciences companies, and other clients across a wide range of industries, in complex deal reviews by global regulators and high-stakes antitrust litigation.
