On September 27, Axinn antitrust associate Kail Jethmalani served as moderator for the American Bar Association's panel entitled, "Monthly Antitrust Update Program for In-House Counsel." The panel, which consisted of several antitrust practitioners, provided unique insights on the most recent developments at antitrust agencies and courts around the world. The event was hosted by the Corporate Counseling Committee.
