On November 17, Axinn partner Jeannine Sano moderated a panel entitled, "Litigation Strategy" at IAM Connect's Patent Policy and Litigation USA Conference held virtually November 16-17.

Panelists discussed how significant changes to the allocation of cases in the Western District of Texas are likely to have a huge impact on litigation trends while the ITC is becoming an increasingly important venue. Panelists also discussed what the new forum of choice is between the WDTX, EDTX, District of Delaware, and the Northern District of Virginia; the patent litigation finance boom and its impact on the litigation landscape; and the role of the ITC.
