Axinn partners Denise Plunkett and Leslie Overton will speak at CompLaw's Antitrust West Coast Conference, being held May 2-3 in San Francisco. Axinn partner Mike Keeley will serve as conference chair.

On May 2, Denise will speak on the "Latest Developments in Private Enforcement" panel. Panelists will discuss:

On May 3, Leslie will speak on the "Merger Enforcement: New Guidelines, HSR Process Revamp" panel. Panelists will discuss:

• New merger guidelines, including proposed vs. final guidelines;
• How firms should approach the new guidelines;
• If the courts will adopt the new guidelines;
• HSR notification process proposal, including how the new rules affect potential deals in the pipeline and;
• If the HSR notification process proposal is likely to be adopted.
