Pan Lee practices in the areas of intellectual property and complex litigation. He focuses his practice on patent litigation with technology and life sciences companies. Pan has represented clients in district court, before the International Trade Commission, the Patent Trial and Appeals Board, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Prior to pursuing a legal career, Pan was an electrical engineer at the research and development arm of Lockheed Martin Space Systems where he worked with technologies ranging from missile defense and satellite systems to thermophotovoltaics and nanoparticles. He has a Master’s degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University and was a judicial extern for the Honorable Lucy Koh.
