On October 19, Axinn partner Chad Landmon will teach on “Biosimilar Biological Products” during the Food and Drug Law Institute’s “Introduction to Biological Products, Including Vaccines, Biosimilars, Cell and Gene Therapies, and Other Advanced Therapies” course, being held virtually October 18-19.

The course will explore the regulation of biological products, including biotechnology – derived therapeutic proteins, human tissue, gene, and cell products. The course will also cover the abbreviated pathway to market for biosimilar biological products and associated intellectual property issues, including exclusivity and biologics patent litigation.
