Currently, he is on the team representing Alvogen in the multibillion dollar National Prescription Opiate multidistrict litigation and in related proceedings across the country, and the team representing Aetna in an appeal before the Federal Circuit. He has regularly advised clients on their potential liability exposure in contract disputes and on their own potential causes of action. Nicholas also has an active pro bono practice representing indigent litigants in federal court and advising nonprofits on copyright issues.
