David Pearl, a partner with extensive experience in both the private sector and government, uses his expertise to help technology companies and other clients navigate complex antitrust challenges. David also provides strategic guidance on cross-border merger reviews, addressing both antitrust concerns and foreign direct investment issues.

Daniel (Dan) Oakes guides clients through a host of challenging competition issues, including complex multidistrict and class action litigation, high-stakes criminal and other governmental investigations, and merger analysis amid the ever-changing landscape of antitrust law.

Lisl Dunlop brings over 30 years of antitrust experience, helping her clients navigate the complex challenges around mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and agency investigations. She focuses on helping clients align their strategic initiatives with antitrust risk, providing practical solutions that move their businesses forward.

James (“Jimmy”) Attridge is an antitrust partner trusted to guide clients through cartel investigations, antitrust litigation, and complex merger reviews. With deep government experience across multiple administrations – including as chief of staff for the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Antitrust Division and a federal prosecutor – Jimmy has helped clients successfully navigate some of the most challenging government investigations and litigation.

Don Wang is an associate in Axinn’s Intellectual Property group. Don’s experience includes counseling technology companies with a focus on patent litigation in district courts and before the International Trade Commission and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. He has also assisted health insurance and pharmaceutical companies in complex antitrust matters before U.S. federal courts. Don is currently serving as the co-chair of the firm’s LGBTQ+ ERG (AxinnPride).

Michael O’Mara represents clients in all areas of antitrust law, including litigation, merger control, investigations, and counseling. He has experience with both domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, representing clients before the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, and competition regulators in Europe, China, Korea, Japan, India, and other jurisdictions.
