Axinn Represents Tecomet in Closing of Merger with Orchid Orthopedic

Axinn represented Tecomet, together with its sponsor Charlesbank, as antitrust counsel in Tecomet’s combination with Orchid Orthopedic Solutions, forming a scaled global manufacturing partner serving MedTech and Aerospace & Defense customers. The transaction closed on May 14, 2026.
