Jennifer Rosenblatt is an associate in Axinn's intellectual property group. Her practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and counseling, including matters involving patents, trade secrets, and other technology-related disputes. She also represents clients in complex commercial litigation and has experience across all stages of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, and appellate advocacy.

Jennifer Rosenblatt is an associate in Axinn's intellectual property group. Her practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and counseling, including matters involving patents, trade secrets, and other technology-related disputes. She also represents clients in complex commercial litigation and has experience across all stages of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, and appellate advocacy.

Jennifer has analyzed issues relating to patent prosecution, cybersecurity, information governance, and regulatory compliance. Her background includes advising on technology-related legal issues and assisting clients in navigating the intersection of intellectual property, business, and regulatory concerns.
She has also worked on a broad range of commercial disputes in federal and state courts. Her experience includes matters involving contract, insurance, securities, employment, and constitutional claims.
Prior to joining Axinn, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Vera M. Scanlon of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, where she managed a substantial civil docket.
Jennifer earned her JD, cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law where she served as the senior articles editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal. She holds a BA, summa cum laude, from The George Washington University, where she majored in Biology and Psychology.
