Axinn Represents Park Place Technologies, GTCR, and Charlesbank in Park Place’s Acquisition by Service Express

Axinn is pleased to represent Park Place Technologies (“Park Place”), together with its existing sponsors GTCR and Charlesbank Capital Partners, as global coordinating antitrust counsel in Park Place’s acquisition by Service Express, a Warburg Pincus portfolio company. Park Place and Service Express have merged to create a global data center services company with more than 3,000 employees and more than 25,000 customers across North America, Europe, Asia, and South America.
The merged company is positioned to deepen support across traditional, cloud, and AI-accelerated environments, with expanded geographic coverage and a broader range of technical capabilities.
The Axinn team included partners John Harkrider, Craig Minerva, counsel Carol Xianxiao Liu, and Axinn associates.
