Having previously served as in-house competition counsel for both Google and Lyft, Drew’s expertise is in providing clients practical, concise, and business-savvy antitrust advice so that clients can focus on what is most important – their business – while minimizing antitrust risk. Drew has advised clients (including internal c-suite executives) on a wide variety of antitrust issues that span Section 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, including: developing competitive intelligence policies, participating in industry associations (including benchmarking and Noerr-Pennington petitioning conduct), refusals to deal, competitor partnerships, M&A due diligence, investor relations calls (signaling risk), bundled discounting and other pricing practices, product design changes, and proper information sharing practices. Drew has also designed and implemented company-wide antitrust compliance policies and trained thousands of business stakeholders on proper antitrust practices.

Ali Vissichelli is a partner in Axinn’s Antitrust group. She has experience in civil, multidistrict, and criminal antitrust litigation, as well as complex investigations. She has worked with clients in a range of industries, including financial services and products, technology, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, automobiles, food services, and chemicals. In addition to her litigation and investigation work, Ali has represented clients in merger clearances and compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act. She has also developed antitrust compliance programs and risk assessments, specifically for clients in the technology and pharmaceutical industries.
