He helped Momenta Pharmaceuticals resolve a dispute over its generic blood thinner enoxaparin, achieving a favorable outcome following an earlier trial loss, prior to Axinn’s involvement.

Bradley also maintains a robust practice focused on securing antitrust clearances for major mergers. Notably, he was a lead advisor for The Dow Chemical Company’s $130 billion merger with DuPont — one of the largest and most complex merger reviews in history, requiring approvals in over 20 jurisdictions worldwide.
