Bradley Justus was named Global Competition Review “Lawyer of the Year – Under 40.” He is lauded as a “fantastic trial lawyer,” who is an “extremely sharp” antitrust “subject matter expert” that “gets to the heart of a problem quickly and drives toward solutions.”

Bradley’s impressive track record includes serving as lead counsel for Google, Cisco Systems, xAI, X, Wimbledon, an Ivy League university, and Tyson Foods in headline-making antitrust litigations. In just the past year, he has successfully secured dismissal of a long-running monopolization case, defeated a request for a temporary restraining order, and defeated the certification of a multibillion-dollar proposed class in a monopolization case.
Bradley also maintains a robust practice focused on advocacy before antitrust regulators, including securing antitrust clearances for major mergers. Notably, he was a lead advisor for The Dow Chemical Company’s $130 billion merger with DuPont — one of the largest and most complex merger reviews in history, requiring approvals in over 20 jurisdictions worldwide.
Bradley has been widely recognized for his exceptional work in complex antitrust matters. He was recently selected for Bloomberg Law’s “They’ve Got Next: The 40 Under 40” list, honoring the top forty lawyers nationwide under forty. He has been named a “Rising Star” by both Law360 and The National Law Journal, and received Global Competition Review’s “Lawyer of the Year – Under 40” award, following a prior shortlisting. He is ranked in Chambers USA and The Legal 500, and was named to Benchmark Litigation’s “40 & Under” list in 2023, 2024, and 2025. In addition, Lawdragon recognizes him as one of the “500 Leading Litigators in America” and a “Leading Global Competition & Antitrust Lawyer.”
Early in his career, Bradley served as editor for the Virginia Law Review and clerked for Judge Eugene E. Siler, Jr., of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
