Sandhya’s recent experience includes representing Qualtrics in its $6.75 billion acquisition by Press Ganey and representing Alliance Laundry in complex antitrust and commercial litigation involving mobile-payment technology.

In 2026, Sandhya was named a Rising Star by the South Asian Bar Association of North America.

Before joining Axinn, Sandhya clerked for the Honorable Bibi M. Berry in the Montgomery County Circuit Court in Maryland, where she focused on family law and civil and criminal jury trials. Earlier in her career, Sandhya worked with several startups, advising founders on early legal and structural challenges – from drafting operating agreements to developing frameworks that support sustainable growth and scalability. 

Sandhya also maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting immigration clients, including Afghan refugees, with asylum matters and supporting family law cases.

Sandhya earned her JD from The George Washington University Law School, where she served as president of the Antitrust Law Association and worked as a research assistant to Professor William Kovacic. She holds a BA in Economics and Business from the University of Maryland and is currently pursuing an MBA at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
