
Josh Jowdy is an associate in the antitrust group in Axinn’s Washington, DC office. His practice focuses on federal and state antitrust law, including both transactions and litigation, with an emphasis on corporate merger clearance. He also counsels businesses navigating competition concerns in forming joint ventures and other collaborative arrangements.
Prior to joining Axinn, Josh worked for a prominent Am Law 100 firm in its antitrust and competition practice group. He received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2017. He graduated with an AB degree in Philosophy from Georgetown University in 2014.
