Partner
Lindsey Strang Aberg, based in Axinn’s Washington, DC office, represents clients in connection with antitrust litigation, government investigations, mergers and acquisitions, and counseling and compliance. Her recent experience includes defending Tyson Foods in Pork and Turkey litigation alleging industry-wide price-fixing conspiracies and anticompetitive information exchange. Lindsey also litigates complex commercial disputes beyond antitrust, and maintains a diverse and active pro bono practice, achieving life-changing successes on behalf of Afghan asylees and Washington, D.C. restaurant workers.
Rebecca L. Clegg, based in Axinn’s Hartford office, focuses on complex intellectual property litigation and counseling, particularly in the fields of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and semiconductors. Rebecca regularly litigates medical device and Hatch-Waxman Paragraph IV patent infringement suits. Her recent experience includes successfully defending Norwich Pharmaceuticals against claims of infringement brought to prevent approval of a generic version of the brand product Xifaxan® and representing Endo in a brand-versus-brand dispute, helping Endo achieve patent certainty in the ephedrine sulfate injection market. In addition to her litigation work, Rebecca also currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Connecticut Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Section.
Ali Vissichelli, based in Axinn’s Washington, DC office, has experience in civil, multidistrict, and criminal antitrust litigation, as well as complex investigations. She has played a key role in several significant antitrust matters in recent years, including the DOJ’s advertising technology lawsuit against Google and Tyson Foods’ defenses in the Pork and Turkey price-fixing litigations. She has also developed antitrust compliance programs and risk assessments, specifically for clients in the technology and pharmaceutical industries.
Eva Yung, based in Axinn’s New York office, focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, ranging from contract and defamation cases to sprawling class actions and multidistrict litigation. Among other recent matters, she served as a leading member of the team who successfully defended chess grandmaster Magnus Carlsen against claims arising from the high-profile chess cheating scandal, defended Google in parallel litigations relating to its advertising business, and defended a leading global food company in a significant commercial dispute with a supplier. Her active matters include representing global technology companies in connection with Section 1 and Section 2 claims relating to conduct in the GenAI space, and defending Alvogen in both the nationwide generics price-fixing and opioids multidistrict litigations.
Counsel
Ricardo Camposanto, based in Axinn’s San Francisco office, focuses on patent litigation, particularly in the fields of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and wireless technologies. His recent contributions include representing Endo in a brand-versus-brand dispute involving injectable ephedrine sulfate products, securing a victory for Cosette Pharmaceuticals in Hatch-Waxman litigation involving vancomycin hydrochloride (Firvanq®), and obtaining an efficient resolution in a parallel proceeding that avoided protracted litigation and cleared Cosette’s path to market. His practice further includes counseling services related to patent portfolio evaluation, drafting of licensing agreements and other contracts, and pro bono work related to local business disputes and Section 1983 civil rights litigation.
Danielle D. Irvine, based in Axinn’s New York office, advises clients on antitrust litigation, regulatory compliance, and merger review across a broad range of industries, including technology, aerospace and defense, and pharmaceuticals. Her practice also includes complex commercial litigation involving contractual and transactional disputes for clients in the retail, healthcare, and financial services sectors. Danielle regularly supports clients in high-stakes transactional and investigative matters, including helping Ball Corporation obtain antitrust clearance for its $5.6 billion sale of its aerospace business to BAE Systems.
