He is known for his ability to provide practical legal solutions to antitrust challenges that enable business leaders to achieve their commercial objectives.

Prior to joining Axinn, Drew practiced at leading international law firms where he focused on private equity, pharmaceutical, technology, and energy clients. For four years, he was a co-leader of the team that represented a leading private equity firm as its dedicated global antitrust counsel. The representation included advising the client on more than 60 transactions (diligenced and/or closed), leading all HSR and ex-U.S. merger control filings, substantive risk analysis for each proposed transaction, and responding to agency inquiries. In addition, Drew has represented clients in large-scale multidistrict antitrust litigation and government investigations, developing deep insight into behavioral competition matters.
Drew earned his JD cum laude from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and selected as a member of the national Order of Barristers. He received his BA in History from Colorado College.
