On January 30, Axinn partner Bradley Justus will speak on the "Antitrust: Theories of Harm in Unilateral Conduct Cases Concerning Big Tech in the U.S. and Europe" panel at Global Competition Review's Law Leaders Global Conference, being held January 29-31 in Miami. 

Axinn partners Lisl Dunlop, Bradley Justus, and James Hunsberger and associates Aigerim Saudabayeva and Megan Walden wrote the introduction and the United States overview of Global Competition Review’s Market Review: Merger Control 2024. The overview, titled "United States: FTC and DOJ Double Down on Aggressive Antitrust Enforcement in Final Year of Biden Administration," covers the key developments and trends in the past year in merger control in the United States, including litigated merger challenges, the final 2023 Merger Guidelines, and the new HSR Rules.
