2026 Concurrences International Mergers Conference

On June 4, Axinn partner Bradley Justus will moderate the panel entitled, "How are agencies rethinking merger remedies to reflect sustainability and efficiency objectives?" at the Concurrences International Mergers Conference in London. 

The panel will discuss evolving approaches to remedies and efficiencies in EU and UK merger control, including the growing role of ESG, sustainability, and public interest considerations in competition enforcement and whether such goals should be more formally integrated into merger assessments and remedies.
