Axinn Matter Named 2022 GCR Behavioural Matter of the Year – Americas

Axinn is pleased to announce that Google’s defense of DOJ and State AG investigations and related litigation and multi-district class actions – which we have worked to defend alongside Freshfields, Ropes & Gray, Williams & Connolly, Wilson Sonsini, and Yetter Coleman – was named “Behavioural Matter of the Year – Americas” by Global Competition Review. This award recognizes “creative, strategic and innovative work carried out in a non-merger matter before an enforcer in the Americas.” The Axinn team is led by partners Daniel Bitton and John Harkrider, and includes partners Bradley Justus and Russell Steinthal, counsel James Hunsberger, and associates Chris Erickson, Drew Freeborn, Neelesh Moorthy, Sam Sherman, and Allison Vissichelli.
