Axinn partner and Antitrust Practice Chair Michael Keeley will participate in the panel, "What will the midterms and the run-up to the 2028 presidential election mean for antitrust enforcement, and in particular, for merger policy?” This session will examine how potential shifts in congressional control could influence antitrust enforcement and merger policy under a Republican administration, as well as the direction a future Democratic administration might take.
