September 12, 2018

Axinn is pleased to announce that the firm has been named the “Intellectual Property Firm to Watch” at the LMG Life Sciences Awards 2018. Chad Landmon, chair of Axinn’s Intellectual Property practice, accepted the award on behalf of the firm at the organization’s annual awards ceremony at Essex House in New York City on September 12.

Now in its sixth year, the annual LMG Life Sciences Awards honor the firms, individuals and companies in the United States, Canada and Europe behind the most innovative and challenging life sciences work of the past year. The winners are selected based on submissions and research conducted by the editors of Euromoney’s 2018 LMG Life Sciences guide.

"We are honored to be recognized among the top law firms and legal professionals working in the life sciences space," commented Landmon. "Our firm has handled several significant and complex patent litigations and FDA matters within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and human tissue sectors over the past year, including serving as lead trial counsel in multiple cases involving products with annual sales in the hundreds of millions of dollars. I am proud to work alongside our team of talented and hardworking attorneys."
