Axinn is representing TripActions, the leading, cloud-based travel and expense platform that combines industry-leading tech with best-in-class travel agency service, in its acquisition of Reed & Mackay, a globally recognized business travel and event solution expert. The deal, which was announced on May 5, 2021, will create a combined group that will manage $5B in travel budget and serve more than 5,000 customers around the world.
