Axinn represented INEOS, the third largest chemical company in the world, in several major cases of significant strategic importance to the company. These cases included disputes over: rights to patented manufacturing process technology; access to critical feedstock in an integrated facility; the validity of a force majeure declaration in the wake of Hurricane Rita; the applicability of a right of first refusal clause to the sale of a catalyst plant; and the pricing mechanism in a critical, long-term supply contract.
