Axinn represented Bauer Performance Sports, Ltd., a leading developer and manufacturer of high performance sports equipment and apparel, as U.S. antitrust counsel in its $330 million asset acquisition of the Easton baseball, softball and lacrosse businesses from Easton-Bell Sports.  The Axinn team included partners Stephen Axinn and Nick Gaglio.
