Taylor (Alexander) Aiello is an associate in Axinn’s antitrust group. She leverages her government and private practice experience to advise clients on complex antitrust matters, including merger review, government investigations, and competition litigation.

Taylor represents clients across a range of industries in antitrust and competition matters, with a focus on merger control and regulatory advocacy before the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission (FTC). She counsels clients on transaction-related risks, Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filings, and all aspects of Second Request compliance.
Prior to entering private practice, Taylor served as an attorney in the FTC’s Bureau of Competition, where she assessed merger filings across industries, including energy, chemicals, and technology.
