Sam Taylor leverages his private, government, and nonprofit sector experience to advocate on behalf of clients in high-stakes antitrust litigation and government investigations, as well as to secure clearances for domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Sam represents public and private companies in the full scope of antitrust and competition law matters. Most recently, Sam represented a leading live entertainment company in federal antitrust litigation and advised a fabless semiconductor manufacturer on antitrust regulatory clearance for a multi-billion dollar cross-border acquisition and a related divestiture.
Sam maintains an active pro bono practice, representing victims of housing discrimination in New York state court.
Before entering private practice, Sam externed with the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney in Arlington, Virginia, assisting prosecutors in preparing for criminal court proceedings. Sam also worked on public surveillance initiatives at Secure Justice, a non-profit organization focused on information privacy and civil liberties.
