Joseph’s experience spans industries and jurisdictions, giving him a practical understanding of regulatory risk and global competition issues. Before joining Axinn, he served as a labor department extern with Major League Baseball and as a judicial intern for the Hon. Ralph J. Porzio of the Richmond County Supreme Court.
He earned his JD, magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as Associate Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review, and his BA, cum laude, in Political Science from Marist College.
