Before joining Axinn, George served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Danielle J. Forrest of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable Sarah K. Campbell of the Tennessee Supreme Court. He was previously a summer associate at a leading international law firm, where he prepared legal memoranda on substantive and procedural issues in antitrust and consumer protection litigation, drafted deposition outlines, and supported litigation teams on complex competition matters.

George earned his JD, magna cum laude, from Duke University School of Law, where he graduated in the top five percent of his class, was elected to the Order of the Coif, served as an Articles Editor for the Duke Law Journal, and was a Law Student Ambassador for the ABA Antitrust Section. He received his BA in History, summa cum laude, from Middlebury College.
