Axinn Advised Roku in Closing of $22 Billion Merger with Fox Corporation

Axinn represented Roku, Inc. in its $22 billion acquisition by Fox Corporation (Nasdaq: FOXA, FOX). 

The transaction combines Fox’s leading sports, news, and entertainment content with Roku’s leading connected TV platform, and closed on November 6, 2026.
