Darpan Singh is an associate in the intellectual property group in Axinn’s San Francisco office. Her practice focuses on patent litigation and food and drug law, with an emphasis on pharmaceuticals.
Darpan received her JD at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she served as a staff editor and then senior symposium editor at the Hastings Law Journal, co-President of the Hastings Intellectual Property Association, and was a member of UC Hastings Sikh Law Students Association and Women’s Law Society. During law school, she was a Student Associate for the UC Hastings Startup Legal Garage Patent Module and assisted with pro bono legal work for biotech start-up companies who were looking to build their patent portfolios.
She graduated with honors from Chapman University with a degree in Chemistry. Darpan was a summer associate with Axinn in 2021.
