On March 8, Axinn associate Sandhya Taneja spoke at the New York City Bar Association's Fourth Annual International Law Conference on the Status of Women. 

The conference objective was to have critical conversations about the status of women and girls around the world, with a focus on how laws and policies have contributed, for better and for worse, to their current status. Speakers provided their insights and expertise as to how the legal profession can address the situation to promote a more equitable and less discriminatory environment for women and girls and highlighted their efforts to promote gender equality and empower women and girls.
