On November 6, Axinn partner Lisl Dunlop will speak on a webinar entitled, “Healthcare Providers Beware!: Guidance on M&A and Collaborations” hosted by the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Law Section.

Speakers will examine the effects of the proposed merger guidelines and withdrawal of the healthcare policy statements and COPA-sanctioned transactions. Speakers will also identify the overarching principles, recent agency advocacy, and good case law for evaluating provider M&A and collaborations.
