On June 7, Axinn partners Lisl Dunlop and Nick Gaglio spoke at a seminar in Tokyo entitled, "Global Antitrust Practice in the 2020s: Lessons From Europe and the United States, Including Cartel Defense Strategy, Platform Markets, and More." 

This event addressed "no poach" agreements, tech sector merger enforcement, and privacy and data security issues. A panel discussed the legacy of the global Auto Parts investigation, including lessons for antitrust compliance, trends in private damages actions, and changing views of criminal defense strategy.
