On April 25, Axinn partners Dan Oakes will speak on the "Comeback of Antitrust Enforcement after the Pandemic" at the Gleiss Lutz Annual Antitrust Law Conference in Frankfurt, Germany.

This year's conference will focus on antitrust proceedings and searches as well as challenges to antitrust compliance. The conference will also cover the numerous regulatory requirements that now have to be observed in M&A transactions.
