On October 26, Lisl Dunlop participated in ABA's 4th Annual Antitrust Merger Practice Workshop in San Francisco. In this one-day workshop, private practitioners, corporate counsel, and government enforcers discussed a complex hypothetical merger of two competing high-tech companies. Through a series of short skits, the workshop presented a comprehensive look at the lifecycle of a merger being investigated in the United States and China.
