On October 13, Axinn partner Lisl Dunlop moderated a webinar entitled, "Health Care Antitrust Hot Topics," hosted by the American Health Law Association. 

During the webinar, experts from the public and private sector gave an update on emerging trends in antirust litigation and enforcement in the health care industry, including recent relevant litigation, enforcement actions from the federal agencies and Attorney General, and current antitrust policy initiatives from the agencies. Speakers also discussed issues important to health law practitioners such as hospital merger litigation, labor market antitrust litigation, and other developments.
