On May 2, Axinn partner Kail Jethmalani will participate in a session entitled, “Privilege! Experts! Ethics!: A Deposition Game Show” at the American Bar Association’s Litigation Section Annual Conference, being held May 1-3 in Washington, DC.

Participants will compete in a game show-style expert deposition hosted by a federal judge as well as a panel discussion focused on complex issues.
