Axinn represented Sunrun, a leading provider of residential solar, battery storage, and energy services, in its $3.2 billion acquisition of Vivint Solar, a leading full-service residential solar provider in the United States. The deal, which was announced on July 6, 2020, will establish Sunrun as a leading home solar and energy services company and help to bring cleaner, affordable energy to more homes.
