Terresa counsels clients on compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act and all phases of merger review, advises clients on emerging antitrust risks related to algorithmic pricing, artificial intelligence, and information sharing, develops corporate compliance programs and training, and maintains an active pro bono practice.

Prior to joining Axinn, Terresa practiced at an international law firm and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Cheryl Pollak of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She also interned with the U.S. Agency for International Development.
