Serena Candelaria is an associate in Axinn’s litigation group. Her practice focuses on complex antitrust and commercial litigation, including high-stakes disputes involving the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice.

Serena represents clients in all phases of litigation, from discovery and motion practice through trial preparation. Her work has involved clients across a range of industries, including sports, private equity, health insurance, manufacturing, and financial services.
Prior to joining Axinn, Serena practiced at leading international law firms, where she focused on complex commercial litigation, antitrust disputes, securities fraud, and employer liability matters.
Serena earned her JD from Yale Law School, where she represented pro se clients in civil cases before the Second and Third Circuits as a student attorney in the Advanced Appellate Litigation Project. She earned her BA in Literature from Yale College, graduating with distinction.
