Kristyn L. Hansen is an associate in Axinn’s antitrust practice. She focuses on antitrust and complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts and advises clients on competition issues arising from investigations, strategic transactions, and business collaborations.

Kristyn has experience representing clients across a wide range of industries in antitrust and commercial disputes. Her matters are often at the intersection of technology and competition law. Kristyn counsels clients on competition issues related to information sharing, joint activities, and strategic transactions. In addition, she regularly manages discovery in complex litigations, including depositions, written discovery, and motion practice. She is experienced in drafting and arguing motions in state and federal courts and has supported matters from inception through discovery and trial.
Her work includes defending a multinational manufacturer against antitrust conspiracy and exclusive dealing claims, representing a national health insurance provider in antitrust class action opt-out litigation, and coordinating third-party fact discovery relating to online gaming and payment processing. She also has experience counseling clients on exclusivity agreements and issues arising under the Robinson-Patman and Lanham Acts.
