Prior to joining Axinn, Emily served in senior leadership and consulting roles at global eDiscovery and professional services organizations, where she advised multinational clients on sophisticated discovery strategies, led large-scale matters involving cutting-edge technology, and oversaw end-to-end eDiscovery programs across the litigation lifecycle. Emily delivers advanced, customized eDiscovery strategies that effectively address complex challenges in a rapidly evolving data ecosystem.

Earlier in her career, she spent over six years at an Am Law 100 firm advising attorneys on all aspects of eDiscovery, and nearly a decade supporting the U.S. Department of Justice on major litigation efforts, including multidistrict and environmental cases of national significance. 

Emily earned her JD from Villanova University School of Law and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
