Emalee Peterson is an associate in Axinn’s Intellectual Property group, where she focuses on patent litigation. She leverages her background in neuroscience and pharmaceutical research to help clients navigate complex life sciences matters.

Emalee earned her JD from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, where she served as Chief Articles Editor of The University of New Hampshire Law Review and participated in the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program. During law school, she worked as a judicial extern with the Honorable Andrea K. Johnstone of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire. Prior to law school, she worked in academia and biotechnology studying treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. She holds a BS in Biology with a concentration in Neuroscience from Emmanuel College. Emalee was a summer associate with Axinn in 2024.
