On October 12, 2020 and March 5, 2021, Axinn partner Lisl Dunlop spoke on AHLA's Speaking of Health Law two-part podcast, "A Look at the Recent DOJ Complaint in U.S. v. Geisinger.”
In part 1, speakers discussed the recent DOJ action in the U.S. v. Geisinger Health and Evangelical Community Hospital case. They addressed the DOJ’s complaint and the antitrust concerns the agency action is looking to address. In part 2, speakers recap DOJ’s March 3 settlement and how it addresses the issues raised in the complaint. They also discuss DOJ’s approach to the complaint’s no-poach allegations and the two civil class action lawsuits that were recently filed.
