Axinn Advised Sunrun on $3.2B Acquisition of Vivint Solar

Axinn represented Sunrun, a leading provider of residential solar, battery storage, and energy services, in its $3.2 billion acquisition of Vivint Solar, a leading full-service residential solar provider in the United States. The deal, which was announced on July 6, 2020, will establish Sunrun as a leading home solar and energy services company and help to bring cleaner, affordable energy to more homes. The deal closed on October 8, 2020. The Axinn antitrust team was led by partner Jeny Maier and assisted by Melanie Kiser.
