On October 10, Axinn partner Jason Murata spoke on a panel entitled, “Best Practice – Multijurisdictional Patent Litigation” at Life Sciences Patent Network's North America Fall Conference held October 10-11 in San Francisco.

Panelists outlined key strategic considerations for both patentees wanting to file patent infringement suits against an alleged infringer and third parties trying to clear a path to market. Panelists also discussed the value of filing suits in secondary markets such as Australia to de-risk reliance on the US or other major markets as a forum.
