Axinn associate Don Wang was selected to participate in the International Trade Commission Trial Lawyers Association's Inaugural Mock Hearing Program on October 12 in Washington, DC.

Participants prepared for and took part in a mock evidentiary hearing before the Commission’s Administrative Law Judges, which prepared them for success when they participate in actual investigations at the Commission. 

Axinn partners Brian Johnson and Jeannine Sano served as faculty for the Program.
