On May 14, Axinn partner Brian Johnson will speak on the "Seeking FRAND: The Licensing and Litigation of SEPs" panel at IPWatchdog's Patent Litigation Masters Program, being held May 13-15 in Ashburn, Virginia.

The program will focus on patent litigation in the United States and around the world, exploring patent litigation in the most active federal district courts in the United States, patent litigation at the Unified Patent Court (UPC), and patent litigation in both Brazil and Germany. It will also cover appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
